Based in North Carolina, Hobgood Furniture was founded in 1990 by master craftsman Tom Hobgood. Out of his workshop in Charlotte, Tom’s work ranges from residential, commercial and cultural projects to highly skilled and unique custom installations. 

Starting in 2015, Tom partnered with his nephew Paul Hobgood on a series of contemporary farm tables. Paul, an associate with Hobgood Architects in Raleigh, serves as the lead designer for Hobgood Furniture. His sister, Lizzy heads up marketing and brother, Patrick is also a key contributor.

Hobgood Furniture creates modern, handcrafted bespoke pieces focusing on the interplay of form and function.
