Tom Hobgood, Founder + Furniture Maker

A North Carolina native, Tom studied furniture making & design under the direction of english furniture maker David Powell at Leeds Design Workshops in Easthampton, Massachusetts (1986-1988). 

Upon completing his studies, Tom moved to Charlotte, NC and opened the workshop in 1990.  After 20+ years of experience, both his style and craftsmanship have been refined and often beyond the expected, yet still retain the traditional integrity gleaned from his time spent at Leeds.
